The NAFC OAB Treatment Tracker

Do you suffer from Overactive Bladder?  If you urinate more than 8 times per day, or have strong, sudden urges to use the restroom frequently, you may be one of the over 33 million Americans with OAB.  This condition is not life-threatening, but for some, it can be life altering.  And, while the many treatment options that exist may seem overwhelming, finding one that works for you is crucial in gaining control over the situation and getting your life back.

The OAB Treatment Tracker is designed to help you narrow down the choices of treatment options to find one that fits best with your needs.  Upon completion of the questionnaire, a personalized report will be emailed to you.  Read the tips and information contained within the report, and take it with you to your doctor. Your answers will help you doctor determine the best solution for you.

How To Use the OAB Treatment Tracker

Using the OAB Treatment Tracker is quick and easy.  Just click on the link below to begin.  You will be asked a series of questions to help determine where on the continuum of care you currently fall. Overall, the questions should take you only 5-10 minutes to complete.

Once you've completed the questionnaire, you will be emailed a personalized report that contains your answers to the questions, as well as information on solutions that may be right for you.  Take this report to your doctor - it will serve as a discussion starter for treatment and will help your doctor better determine what treatment option will best fit your needs.
