STAY STRONG CLASS: Balance & Strength From The Inside Out

  • Private Therapy Services 445 Savannah Highway Charleston, SC 29407 USA (map)

Join us as we learn about the pelvic floor and how it changes as women experience menopause.  This class will discuss common problems that women can experience with their pelvic floor (such as leakage, pelvic pain, and pelvic organ prolapse), and focuses on a more holistic way to address, and even prevent, these problems.

Trina Kiernan Graduated from MUSC with a degree in Physical Therapy in 1990 and worked in the Charleston area for most of her career.
Trina Kiernan has a Certificate of Achievement in Pelvic Physical Therapy (CAPP) from the American Physical Therapy Association. Trina has been providing pelvic floor physical therapist for 20 years. She is an active member in the Women's Section of the APTA and a member of the NAFC. She continues to look for opportunities to share her knowledge with the community.
Trina joined Private Therapy Services in May and is excited about the opening of the Pelvic Health Center at this practice.
