STAY STRONG CLASS: Balance & Strength From The Inside Out

Join us as we learn about the pelvic floor and how it changes as women experience menopause.  This class will discuss common problems that women can experience with their pelvic floor (such as leakage, pelvic pain, and pelvic organ prolapse), and focuses on a more holistic way to address, and even prevent, these problems. 

Stephanie Bloom is a physical therapist with 25+ years of experience with a special interest in spine dysfunction, dance injuries, pelvic floor health, and vestibular rehabilitation. She has extensive training and experience with a wide variety of manual therapy techniques as well as both orthopedic and neurologic rehabilitation. She is certified in NDT and vestibular rehabilitation. She graduated with a Master of Science in Physical Therapy from Duke University. Stephanie is the mother of 3 active boys and a Rockville resident
