Join us for a FREE Pelvic Floor Strengthening Class! This class will give you an overview of your pelvic floor anatomy, talk about potential problems you may face in regards to the pelvic floor, and review why it's important to keep the pelvic floor healthy strong. 

The Pelvic Floor plays a vital role in reducing the risk of incontinence, decreasing prenatal and post-partum symptoms and improving core stability. Staci Levine, DPT, OCS, PRPC, Brooke David DPT, and Tova Laufer DPT in conjunction with the National Association for Continence are proud to offer a FREE pelvic floor strengthening class: BE STRONG – Building Strength from the Inside Out! This class will teach you about the anatomy of your pelvic floor, and the proper moves you can do to build and maintain strength for optimal pelvic floor health. Don’t miss it!
