This chat will be co-hosted by Tia Ukpe-Wallace.  Tia is an ex-military (US Navy) officer whose quiet strength and fortitude, combined with her extensive knowledge of the human body, empowers and educates her students to explore their bodies in new ways. As an Integrated Yoga Tune Up® instructor, a Nutritious Movement Specialist (RES-CPT), and Ashtanga Vinyasa teacher, TIa creates a safe environment for all students to learn and embody essential elements of their practice into their everyday lives. Tia is currently working towards her Doctorate in Physical Therapy, and her current teachers/mentors also include Jill Miller, founder and creator of Yoga Tune Up®, and Katy Bowman, founder and creator of Nutritious Movement™.
